Time-Out Policy
A time-out is a temporary self-exclusion that allows you to take a short break from gambling.
Time-Out Periods
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
During a Time-Out
- You cannot log in to your account
- You cannot make deposits
- You will not receive promotional emails
- Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed
How to Request a Time-Out
Request a time-out through your account settings or by contacting customer support. The time-out takes effect immediately.
Ending a Time-Out
Time-outs automatically expire after the selected period. They cannot be ended early.
Difference from Self-Exclusion
Time-outs are for shorter periods (up to 30 days). For longer breaks, consider our self-exclusion options (6 months to permanent).
