Refund Policy

Once funds have been used for gameplay, refunds are generally not possible. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors causing duplicate deposits
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
  • Deposits made in error before any gameplay

Requesting a Refund

Contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Provide transaction details and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Losses from gameplay
  • Funds used to claim bonuses
  • Deposits made over 30 days ago
