What is Self-Exclusion?
Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that allows you to take a break from gambling by blocking access to your account for a chosen period.
Self-Exclusion Periods
- 24 hours (cooling-off period)
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 6 months
- 1 year
- Permanent (cannot be reversed)
During Self-Exclusion
- You cannot log in to your account
- You cannot make deposits
- You will not receive marketing communications
- Any pending withdrawals will be processed
How to Self-Exclude
Contact our support team through live chat or email. You can also request self-exclusion through your account settings. The exclusion takes effect immediately.
Lifting Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion periods of 6 months or less will automatically expire. For longer periods, you must contact support after the minimum period has elapsed. There is a 24-hour cooling-off period before account reactivation.
Permanent Exclusion
Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to register a new account.
