Inactive Account Definition

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months.

Notification

Before an account is marked inactive, we will attempt to contact you via email at 6 months and 11 months of inactivity.

Inactive Account Fee

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of $5 (or currency equivalent) may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Account Reactivation

You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be available for use.

Zero Balance Accounts

Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed. Account history may be retained for regulatory purposes.
